If your shift crosses midnight into or out of All Souls' Day, which hours get the holiday rate depends on your company. Most payrolls pay the whole shift by the date it started. Others split it at midnight. How night shifts into a holiday are paid.

If you work it, the Labor Code minimum is 130% for covered employees. Freelancers and independent contractors are paid by their contract.
