Is Kompyut official payroll?
No. It's an estimate based on what you enter. It's not affiliated with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR or any employer, and it isn't legal or tax advice.
Is it free?
Yes, free with no ads. If it helps you, you can support it through the link at the bottom of the app.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the first visit it works without internet. Install it for the best experience.
Do I need an account?
No. Your records stay on your device. Back them up regularly.
Can I track two jobs?
One setup per browser for now. For a second job, use a different browser (for example Chrome for one job and Firefox for the other).
Do I need proof of overtime?
No. Kompyut calculates what you worked. It never asks for approvals, emails or proof.
Why does my daily rate change every month?
Your payroll divides your monthly salary by the number of work days in that month, so the rate is higher in short months and lower in long ones. Pick the "changes every month" option under Pay rate. See which daily rate to pick.
My company pays less than the standard rates. What do I enter?
Enter what they actually pay, so Kompyut matches your payslip. If you're covered by the Labor Code, the standard rates are the legal minimum. Kompyut shows a reminder but doesn't judge.
A holiday is missing.
Add it by opening the day and tapping Is this a holiday? Add it. See adding holidays.
How do I report a bug or a wrong amount?
Email help@kompyut.com. Tell us what you expected, what Kompyut showed, and the date and times involved. A screenshot of the day's breakdown helps. Please don't attach your backup file or payslips, since they contain your pay records.
My records disappeared.
Your browser data was probably cleared, or you're in a different browser or private window. Restore your latest backup from Settings.
