National holidays only. States and territories add their own, like Labour Day, the Melbourne Cup or the King's Birthday on different dates.
Australia is 2 to 3 hours ahead of the Philippines. A Sydney or Melbourne 9 AM to 5 PM is about 6 or 7 AM to 3 PM in the Philippines, so an Australian holiday is your same-day shift.
Australian holidays aren't Philippine holidays, so the Labor Code doesn't add a premium for them. Whether a client holiday is a paid day off, and what you get if you work it, depends on your contract or company policy. Many accounts give it as a paid day off.
When it's also a Philippine holiday, like New Year's Day and Good Friday and Christmas Day, the Philippine rules apply: at least 200% on a regular holiday if you're a covered employee and you work.

The Philippines doesn't change its clocks, so when Australia does, a shift that follows your client's hours moves by an hour.
