Company premiums are extra pay rules your employer has on top of the standard rates. For example:
A Sunday premium of +10%
A graveyard allowance of ₱50 an hour between 12 AM and 6 AM
₱300 per shift when you work at another site
+25% for hours past the 10th in a day
Add them in Settings › Company premiums. Each rule has three parts:
Name: what it's called on your payslip.
When: the trigger, meaning which hours it applies to.
Pay: the type of pay: a percentage, a flat amount per hour, or a flat amount per shift.
Rules apply only to time you actually worked. Leave, absences and unworked holidays never trigger them. Switch a rule off to pause it without deleting it.
Good to know. Don't add the standard rates (overtime, night differential, holidays) here. They're already built in. Only add what's extra.

Worked examples
All examples use ₱100 an hour.
Sunday premium +10%
When: Specific weekday, Sunday. Pay: +10%.
You work 8 hours on a Sunday that's a normal work day for you: 8 × ₱100 × 1.10 = ₱880.
If Sunday is your rest day, it stacks with the rest day rate: 8 × ₱100 × 1.30 × 1.10 = ₱1,144.
Graveyard allowance ₱50/hour, 12 AM to 6 AM
When: Time window, 00:00 to 06:00. Pay: ₱50 per hour.
Shift 10 PM to 7 AM with a 1-hour break at 3 AM. Hours inside the window: 12 AM to 3 AM and 4 AM to 6 AM = 5 hours. Allowance: 5 × ₱50 = ₱250, added on top of your normal pay and night differential.
Site pay ₱300 per shift
When: Shift / site label "Site B". Pay: ₱300 per shift.
Every day you log with the label Site B gets ₱300 once, no matter how many hours.
Extended overtime: +25% after 10 hours
When: After 10 hours worked. Pay: +25%.
You work 12 hours on an ordinary day. Hours 9 and 10 are overtime at 125%. Hours 11 and 12 are overtime and past 10 hours: 2 × ₱100 × 1.25 × 1.25 = ₱312.50.
Holiday bonus ₱500 flat
When: Day type, regular holiday. Pay: ₱500 per shift.
Worked Christmas? You get your 200% holiday pay plus ₱500. If you don't work the holiday, there's no bonus.
Tip. After adding a rule, open a day it should apply to. The breakdown shows it as its own line, so you can check it's working.
